In our investigations we proceeded according to the now common principle of series of comparative observations. That is, that one paralytic received Promonta continuously during the period of add on treatment as an addition to Salvarsan, whilst the next was treated without Promonta, etc. In this way we created comparative material of 10 cases treated without Promonta, and 10 with Promonta after malarial treatment.
