Translation

"In order to render the experiments more comparable, we inoculated alternately one vaccinated animal and one non-vaccinated animal. This being done, we fixed an appointment for everyone to be present on Thursday 2nd June, that is, only 48 hours after the moment of the virulent general inoculation."
